We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, unused and with their original packaging.
Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item by quoting your order number. If the goods are faulty, a refund will be offered regardless of proof of purchase.
For courier or post returns, please complete the ‘returns slip’ with the items you are returning, ensuring the order number is stated on your ‘returns slip’ – we cannot process your refund without it. Please also include a daytime telephone number and email address in case we need to contact you about the return.

If you are unable to download or print a ‘returns slip’, please include a letter with your return containing the following information:
Your full name
Daytime telephone number
What you are returning and why
Make sure your items are securely wrapped and use one of the methods outlined below to send your return to the following address:

If you would like to choose an alternative service, you are welcome to send via the Post Office, or other courier of your choice. Please note, the fee for these services is payable and the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel.
