Our Story

“Hand poured in-house, sustainably sourced….”

Sometimes the best ideas come when you’re least expecting it. For us it was a Sunday afternoon helping a relative perfect the recipe for a beeswax candle for their business. Quite the random undertaking but one we enjoyed so much it inspired us to want to create our very own. Who knew? We then embarked on the process of creating the perfect candle and the perfect fragrances. After countless iterations and experimentations, we created our own soy and natural wax candles with a range of soothing, relaxing and comforting fragrances.

We named our company Summersleigh after our home, where the life of our products began and where we have spent hour after hour perfecting our wax formulas and aromas.

Our candles and diffusers are hand-poured, in-house across the ranges. The candles are made from a blend of waxes to provide a luxurious quality finish and well balanced, fragranced candle. Where at all possible our products and ingredients are sustainably sourced, and our packaging is mindful of the impact on the environment.

We are passionate about ensuring our products are the very best they can be and take pride in the fact that this is a family run business.
